Another senior portfolio piece, this one is oil pastels. I like how this turned out, I used my trumpet and my fedora as subjects. For those of you who are unfamiliar with ska, trumpets are a big part of the sound, and fedora hats are an integral part of the ska style.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes. and Nice coloring.
Also, not to spark up a debate or anything, but as important as Trumpets are, I'm pretty sure Trombones play a larger part in the sound.
Maybe I just like their sound better, but I still stand by my previous statement.
